Hello. My name is Antonino Pollaro or “Anthony” as I am also called by the guys in the group. I have been playing drums for over 20 years. At the young age of 13, I started to play the “snare drum” in the local Italian Marching Bands performing at various Feasts and other outdoor events. At the age of 18 I joined my first wedding band “Primavera” in the Bronx. Through the past number of years I have performed with other well known Italian-American Wedding bands: “Paradiso”, “Desiderio”, and “Mirage” to name a few.
  In 2006 I decided to leave the wedding bands as a drummer to pursue my current position as a musician, a “Percussionist”. As a Percussionist I am able to play a number of different instruments during an event. Some of the instruments that are a part of my set up are: “Congas”, “Bongos”, and “Timbales”. Adding live percussion sound to pre recorded tracks gives your party the feeling of having a live band.  
 In 2006, I had the pleasure of meeting Joe Zisa and been working with him since then. I am very happy to be a part of his team.
